This low profile device is very firm yet flexible. It fits well in flat, low heel shoes up to 1” heel height. It comes with a 3 mm thickness EVA sulcus length extension and a vinyl top cover. The polypropylene shell is ground thin at the heel contact point in order to prevent heel slippage and reduce bulk.

TL 2100 Dress Orthotics

Shell Material: TL 2100

Shell Thickness: 1.8 mm, 2.2 mm or 2.8 mm

Heel cup: 4 mm

Heel Post: None

Top Cover: Vinyl

Extension: Sulcus length 3 mm EVA

Thin and lightweight, but rigid. Best for low heel dress shoes. It comes with a 3 mm sulcus length EVA extension and a vinyl top cover.

Carboplast Dress Orthotics

Shell Material: Carboplast

Shell Rigidity / Thickness: Semi-Rigid (2.3 mm) , Rigid (2.5 mm) & X-Rigid (2.9 mm)

Heel cup: 4 mm with or without Heel punch / hole to reduce bulk

Cushion / Cover: standard 3 mm sulcus length EVA & Vinyl

Carboplast is produced using high strength carbon and glass fibers in a tough, unique polypropylene matrix. The material is heat adjustable.
