Dress Orthotics

TL 2100 Dress Orthotics

Thin, lightweight and semi rigid. Best for low heel dress shoes. We make these with a very shallow 4 mm heel cup. The standard top cover is 3 mm thickness sulcus length EVA extension and black vinyl.

Carboplast Dress Orthotics

Using Carboplast, these dress orthotics are more flexible than TL 2110 and an aperture can be cut in the heel cup to lower the profile and reduce heel slippage. The standard top cover is 3 mm thickness sulcus length EVA extension and black vinyl.

Polypropylene Dress Orthotics

This low profile device is very flexible. It fits well in low heel dress shoes up to 1” heel height. The standard top cover is 3 mm thickness sulcus length EVA extension and black vinyl. The polypropylene is ground thin at the heel contact point in order to prevent heel slippage and reduce bulk. Optional: heel cup aperture.
