Pediatric Flatfoot Specific Orthotics

Pediatric Flatfoot Specific orthotics are made with an extra wide arch, deep heel cups, medial heel skives and inverted casts to provide maximum control of excessive pronation. They have no top covers. The rear foot is posted with extra high density EVA crepe.

For control of severe over pronation, these orthotics have deep heel cups and high medial and lateral flanges. No top cover. Heel posts optional.
