Using our special skills, ingenuity and experience, we consistently produce high quality custom foot orthotics and provide technical support to health care professionals and the people assisting them in their clinics. We focus on completing all orthotic prescriptions correctly and on time. By controlling our costs, we are able to offer our products and services to our clients at prices that are unmatched by other labs.
Our laboratory uses a computer assisted orthotic manufacturing system. Foot impressions are carefully evaluated, digitally scanned and corrected. The positives are then milled out from a work piece of medium density fiberboard by a CNC machine. This technology replaces the obsolete manual plaster cast correction technique. The orthotic shell material is then vacuum thermoformed. Our technology has significantly improved the precision, functionality and quality of the orthotics and reduced the turnaround time and cost. The image files are saved on our computer system. Additional orthotics can be produced without the need for new impressions. If requested, we will return the milled MDF positives with the custom foot orthotics.
We make several different types of orthotics and can provide almost any modification or special addition requested.
